Paula Yandow-Reilly

Biography

Paula Yandow-Reilly is a Lead Programmer Analyst in the Applications and Architecture department at the University of Rochester. She received her Bachelor's degree in 1991 from SUNY Brockport, and her M.S. in 2003 from B. Thomas Golisano College of Computing and Information Science in Computer Science. Paula has worked with server infrastructure technologies, multiple databases, and Microsoft and Sun application technologies. Much of Paula's current work focuses on development of web-based tools, systems design, and some project management functions. As a lead developer, she explores technologies, finding ways in incorporate newer technologies in department designs and providing peer training as well. She is also interested in higher education scholarship with a focus on leadership theories and paradigms, currently working on her EdD at the Warner school.
