Paulo Weingärtner Jr.

Biography

Graduated in Mechanical Technology - Projects Modality from the Faculty of Technology of São Paulo (UNESP - 2004), postgraduate studies in Higher Education Teaching (UniCSul - 2016), and Master’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering and Materials at the Polytechnic School of University of São Paulo (PMT-USP/2023). Previously, served as a faculty member at several higher education institutions: University Cidade de São Paulo (UNICID - 2014 to 2016), Paschoal Dantas College (FPD - 2015 to 2019), Faculdade das Américas - FAM (2019), and the Institute of Federal Education, Science, and Technology of São Paulo (IFSP - 2019 and 2023). Since 2021, has been part of the accessibility faculty at INSPER, assisting students with special needs in their university experience by implementing methods and techniques for content adaptation. Additionally, teaches mechanical engineering courses at the Faculty of Technology of Osasco Prefeito Hirant Sanazar (Centro Paula Souza - starting in 2024). Previously, worked in Research and Development in the automotive industry, served as a Technical Assistant Expert, and gained experience in production programming and control.
