Biography

Mr. Pedro Espinoza is a Sr. Instructional Technologist at The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). He leads and mentors a group of more than 20 multidisciplinary student employees that help support a wide range of programs and services, including a makerspace and a large K-12 STEAM outreach program (Tech-E) that reaches more than 20,000 students per year.

Pedro's teaching experience includes teaching a Foundations of Engineering course at UTEP, providing technology training and developing/teaching curricula for Tech-E. Pedro received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering with a concentration in Engineering Education from UTEP.
