Biography
Peggy A Lumpkin is a Ph.D. in Instructional Technology at Geargia State University. She is an Instuctor teaching online technology courses. She has also worked as a part of the eLearning team in the University Educational Technology Services (UETS) where she supported faculty in their integration of WebCT Vista into their curriculum. She also teaches Technology for Teachers, a technology integration course for preservice teachers.
