I received a B.A. in English with a minor in Theology from Georgetown University in 1989, an M.A. in English from The Pennsylvania State University in 1993, and a Ph.D. from the University of Mississippi in 2003. In my current position, I teach a mix of first-year and professional writing courses with a focus on multi-modal, digital composition and courses in American literature. My research centers on the novels of William Faulkner, cultural mythologies, and cultural rhetorics. A native of Rutherford, NJ, I now reside in Mountain Top, PA.
