Peter Sidorko

Biography

Peter is the Manager of the Client Services Program at the University of Newcastle in New South Wales Australia. Peter's program represents the flagship of the Division's integration philosophy. The program provides a range of services including information access and support services through several libraries, faculty librarian services, computer laboratory management, IT desktop support through Service Level Agreements, software sales and site licence management and student training in IT and information literacies. All of the library reference desks now provide integrated IT and library support services.

Prior to this position, Peter was the founding Law Librarian at the University of Newcastle, a position he held for 7 years. His interests and areas of expertise include information literacy, client service and improved service delivery and managing organizational change.
