Biography

Pete is a Senior Manager in Deloitte US Consulting’s Higher Education practice.  He has over fourteen years of strategy and management consulting experience and has focused exclusively on university, college, and post-secondary organizations since 2009.  Pete has partnered with dozens of higher education institutions on engagements related to student lifecycle management, strategic assessment and planning, administrative operational excellence, and technology assessment and design.  His most recent work has focused on improving student outcomes with a focus on admissions, affordability, and retention/success.  Pete has consistently identified realistic and achievable opportunities for improvement and worked with client partners to build the broad stakeholder buy-in needed in the higher education sector.

Pete holds an MBA and MPP from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor and a Bachelor's in Government and Education from Dartmouth College.
