Biography
Mr. Peter Quan is the Vice President for the Division of Information Technology Services and Chief Technology Officer at California State University, Los Angeles. As the VP/CTO, he is responsible for the campus information technology infrastructure, IT policy and planning, and IT security and data integrity compliance.
Mr. Quan is a member of the President’s Executive Officer Team, University Strategic Planning Committee, and the Resource Allocation Advisory Committee. He is Chair of the University Baseline Committee and co-chairs the University Web Services Committee.
Mr. Quan also serves as the campus designee on system-wide initiatives including the Information Technology Advisory Committee, CSU Benchmarking Project Task Force, and the Project Advisory Committee for the Common Management System. Other memberships have included the PeopleSoft Strategic Advisory Council, PeopleSoft Higher Education Product Advisory Council, and EDUCAUSE.
