Peter Radcliffe

Biography

Peter Radcliffe is the Executive Director of Planning and Analysis for the University of Minnesota system. His work assists senior University leaders in making management and policy decisions, ensures institutional data integrity, demonstrates accountability, enhances the University’s analytic capacity, and supports a culture of evidence and assessment. He oversees the offices of Institutional Research, Measurement Services, and Space Management. Peter earned his Ph.D. in political science from The Ohio State University and earned his B.A. in political science and B.S. in economics from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. Peter has written and presented extensively on student success and institutional assessment, and has served on many institutional committees, task forces, and project teams. He is active in organizations of analysts and institutional researchers, and helped found the University of Minnesota Analysts Group. He also served as steering committee chair for the Association for Institutional Research in the Upper Midwest (AIRUM).
