Biography
Phil Flannagan is the Midwest Regional Manager for Gartner’s Higher Education industry service. He (along with the rest of our account team) supports colleges, universities and university teaching hospitals in the states MN, IA, MO, IL, WI, MI, IN, KY, OH & WV. Phil, who is based in Carmel, Indiana (a northern suburb of Indianapolis), came to Gartner through the acquisition of META Group where he was a District Director. A graduate of Indiana University, with a MBA in Management Information Systems, he has held various positions with McDonnell Douglas, British Telecom, MCI, CIBER and Conseco, Inc throughout his 20+ year career.
