Biography
Phil ensures successful delivery of and oversees all phases of development for existing and new academic technology systems to support the teaching and learning environment in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at Harvard University, from planning and designing to deployment and ongoing maintenance. He collaborates with clients and stakeholders, including faculty, administrative, and teaching staff, to strategize, analyze, prioritize, and document requirements and specifications for new applications and enhancements to existing applications. He has over 10 years of experience developing instructional technology products.
Phil is also the founder and co-chair of the Interactive Development and Design user group at Harvard University.
