Phil Rouse
Biography
Phil Rouse is the Quality Improvement Analyst working in the CommonManagement Systems Project Office at Humboldt State University. Phil is leading the strategic planning process tied into the Administrative Affairs Balanced Scorecard Initiative. Phil is a US Army veteran and has already completed a 15-year career at United Parcel Service before joining higher education efforts at California State University's northernmost campus.Memberships
