Biography

Phillip Lyle is the Associate Vice President of Enterprise & Research Infrastructure for Chapman University.   Joining in 2015, Phillip provides oversight of all University technology infrastructure and research computing.  He previously held positions as the Director of Network & Communications at Rancho Santiago Community College District, and the Director of Networks for Resources Global Professionals. Additionally, Phillip has taught Information Technology curriculum over the past 15 years at various schools in the Orange County area.  An Orange County native, Phillip received his MBA from Concordia University in Irvine, California, his Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, and holds numerous technology certifications in the areas of systems, networking, and security.
