Biography

Phyllis Wykoff is the Director of the Business Intelligence Center at Miami University. In that capacity she is responsible for the development, implementation and communication of Miami University's BI strategy and vision. Specific areas of responsibility include: - facilitating cooperation among university offices and campuses in order to develop and deploy new BI opportunities - developing ongoing BI governance processes for priorities, data access and quality - managing the BI budget and staff, including consultants and contract staff, - data modeling - design and development of the enterprise data warehouse - client training development and deployment of BI applications

With over twenty years of  experience in higher education IT; Phyllis has focused on BI for the past eight years.

Phyllis earned both her BS in Business and MBA from Miami University.
