When the going got tough, Pilar Speranza, a bilingual graphic designer decided to see what's out there in the world of cyber security. And what an entrance she made. She started on this journey in early 2015 and has since become Chief of Staff at Hold Security, LLC. As Chief of Staff, Pilar leads by example by delivering positive leadership and tutoring others on how to maneuver their way through the diverse world of hackers. By applying her social engineering artistry and hidden ninja skills even the most private and notorious hackers become her pawns disclosing their deepest and darkest secrets. Technology is not easy, especially hacker technology, but Pilar navigates through this world with positivity, kindness and an acute eagerness to bring more attention to the endless possibilities, talent and expertise that women can bring into this man dominated field.
