Biography

Prof. Pravat Kumar Dhal is a renowned education scientist with 34 years of experience in teaching, learning, and administration, encompassing elementary to higher education. He holds multiple degrees in Science, Mathematics, and Teacher Education, and has expertise in Teacher Education, Psychic Education, Green Education, ESDG, Future Education, Leadership, and Management. Guided by principles of effective service, leadership, sincerity, and caring, he has served as a public school teacher, college and university teacher/administrator, and Founder of a public institution. His career is distinguished by loyalty, transformational leadership, and promotion of quality education through innovative means. Prof. Dhal has taught various subjects, supervised 4 PhDs, 56 M.Ed. students, and had an impressive record of 78 research papers, 6 books, 3 patents, 20 awards, and 55 presentations. He has been recognized with World Harmony Gandhian Creator and Peace Ambassador. Having 13 years of administrative experience, member of 27 Professional Bodies,10 Editorial Board, various Committees of the Institutions/University and exposure to 29 International and many National events at 72 HEIs across 20 states and 3 countries, Prof Dhal exemplifies perseverance, learning, and sharing.
