Biography

Rachael is a results-driven academic leader serving as Assistant Dean, Deputy Director, and Assistant Professor in the online MBA Programs within the Department of Business and Management Studies at St. George’s University. She holds an MBA and a BSc. in Psychology from Cameron University, Oklahoma, and brings over 25 years of combined experience in business and academia, including 13 years in higher education.

In her administrative role within the Division of Continuing Education and Professional Development, Rachael supports the development of faculty training initiatives, continuing education initiatives, research workshops/seminars and strategic projects for the School of Arts and Sciences.

As an educator, she fosters inclusive, engaging learning environments for students from diverse backgrounds. Since 2013, she has taught in the MBA in International Business and MBA in Multi-Sector Health Management programs, delivering graduate courses such as Critical Analytical Business Thinking, Ethics & Management, Communication in Cross-Cultural Environments. Modern Organisational Theory and Design and Leadership and Management for International Business. She also teaches undergraduate courses like Leadership, Conflict and Negotiation and Business Ethics.

Rachael is currently pursuing a PhD in Management at St. George’s University with a focus on Adaptive Leadership in SIDS Higher Education: Technology for Crisis Response.
