Biography
Rachel Koblic is Chief Learning Officer at Matter and Space, leading the design of AI-driven, personalized learning and human development to help people thrive in a changing world. She has held executive roles at Pavilion and edX | 2U—where she was a principal author of the company’s first Learning Experience Framework—and has spent more than 20 years in learning-focused roles across industries. Rachel holds an MSEd in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University Bloomington and is driven by the belief that great teams and great learning design can transform how people grow, work, and thrive.
