Biography

Rachel Kruzel, ATP, is the Territory Director for Texthelp. She is a RESNA Certified Assistive Technology Professional. Rachel spent ten years working as an Assistive Technology Specialist at colleges and universities prior to coming to Texthelp. During her time in higher ed, she built and developed assistive technology programs, coordinated the provision of accommodations, and helped to lead campus digital accessibility initiatives and EIT Committees. Rachel is a national expert in the areas of assistive technology, digital accessibility, alternative format materials, and accommodation provision. Rachel presents both regionally and nationally on these topics and consults with institutions.
