Rachel is an Office365 administrator with a Master's degree in Computer Science. She continually works with stakeholders to deliver technology that meets their needs while optimizing and leveraging the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) available technology to increase cost efficiency. She is passionate about change management and the best outcomes for UCCS users.
