Biography
Rafael Pagan worked until February 2010 at the University of Puerto Rico as Special Aide in Information Technology to the Vice President for Research and Technology. He supervised the Office of Information Systems at the University's Central Administration offices, from where he assisted with policy development and information technology strategy planning. Rafael coordinated system-wide technology efforts among the 11 campus Information Systems directors. He has a Master's degree in Business Administration, with a specialty in Technology Management, from the University of Phoenix. At this time, Rafael is currently in his third year pursuing his law degree at the University of Puerto Rico School of Law.
