Biography

I am leading the effort to create a Student Success Platform to help all our users. I manage 3 different teams (Mobile, Portal & Analysts - 8 people) where we have the opportunity to directly meet with our users, understand their pain points and develop new solutions together as a team by using powerful technologies/tools and practices like AI, ML, Salesforce, Mobile/Portal technologies, SDLC, Agile methodologies and more.
