Ramesh N. Rao is the Chair of the DegreeIn3 (DN3) Program at Columbus State University. After earning his PhD in Communication from Michigan State University, Ramesh taught at Truman State University, in Kirksville, MO, from 1991 to 2005. He then joined Longwood University in Farmville, VA, and served as Chair of the Department of Communication Studies and Theatre from 2005 to 2011, and continued to teach there till 2013 when he joined Columbus State University as Chair of the DN3 Program. He lives in Columbus, GA, with wife, Sujaya, and son, Sudhanva.
