Biography

Ramon Daines, EdD, has more than 15 years of experience in higher education. Dr. Daines completed her EdD with a focus on ESOL at National University. She has experience teaching writing and ESL courses, has spent the last 11 years at National University as an academic coach, and is now the Academic Success Center Director. Dr. Daines uses a variety of educational software tools to assist learners and oversee the daily operations of the Academic Success Center. She trains other academic coaches to use core educational software tools and participates in the implementation of software designed to assist students.
