Biography

Ramon Daines, EdD, has more than 10 years of experience in higher education. Dr. Daines completed her EdD, with a focus on ESOL, at Northcentral University. She has experience teaching writing and ESL courses and has spent the last four years at Northcentral University working as an academic coach and Academic Success Center Coordinator. Dr. Daines uses a variety of educational software tools while assisting learners and overseeing the daily operations of the Academic Success Center. She trains other academic coaches on how to use core educational software tools and participates in the implementation of software used for assisting students.
