Randy is an entrepreneurial IT Director with 29 years of experience (22 in management) in both a Fortune 100 company and Higher Education. He thrives on complex challenges, and quickly assesses new and changing environments implementing the necessary improvements to increase team productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness. With his PMP certification (2002) and deep experience in PPM, he implements the appropriate level of processes and tools needed to support institutional priorities and achieve the strategic mission. Randy’s additional strengths include ensuring client satisfaction, planning (strategic & operational), business process analysis, analytical thinking, financials, and staffing. He has managed up to $20M budgets and led 35 employees including application development, administration, and support (ERP, Java, .NET, and M/F), DBA (Oracle, SQL Server), portal (Luminis/Liferay), Unix and MS systems administrators, and PC deployment.
