Biography
Randy Schapel is the director of network services for Mott Community College. He has worked in many roles in educational IT, including help desk, Unix/Linux system administrator, manager and now director. He received his B.S. in computer science from Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea Ohio, and recently finished his his M.S. in management information systems at the University of Michigan-Flint. Randy spends a great deal of time planning and implementing cost saving open source solutions over proprietary solutions.
