Randy Winchester

Biography

Randy Winchester has been Team Leader for MIT Cable Television at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology since 1982. MIT Cable provides residential cable service to more than 7000 campus residents, operates MIT's broadcast connections to the outside world, and supports research in the areas of cable television and video/data delivery systems.
