Biography
Rayna is a self-driven professional with deep industry experience in the theory and practice of teaching, learning, assessment and evaluation, competencies, student success, learning styles, and multi-modal program design and delivery mechanisms. She specializes in creating school-based solutions and turning them into successful proposals and actionable grants.This includes bridging the gap between company sales staff and various municipalities to meet each party’s specific needs. These projects include designing Professional Development, ed tech applications, curriculum based alignment, and market strategy/research. Rayna's background includes a dual J.D. and M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction K-12; leading to an ABA recognized certification in Children & Family Law. These academic accomplishments were built upon her previous experience as a classroom teacher and B.S. in Elementary Education, ESOL, K-6. Working at the corporate, political, publishing, judicial and classroom level has given Rayna a well-rounded view of the current needs and state of the education market.EDUCAUSE Presentations
