Rebecca Joffrey is Technology Innovation Officer at Cornell University. Her vision for student success at Cornell and before that, at Dartmouth College, is to modernize the technology infrastructure in order to put the resources of the institution behind the individual goals of students. A frequent workshop facilitator, Rebecca is a thought leader in the use of CRM to scale service, design constituent experiences, and enable data-driven decision making. Her early career was spent in marketing at Nestle and American Express (a brief but pivotal internship). She is also an author and entrepreneur and has an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
