Rebecca Jenkins


Rebecca Jenkins is an enrollment management professional with nearly 20  years of experience in strategic marketing, public relations, enrollment management, and crisis communication. She currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Management and Marketing for The University of Findlay where she oversees the University’s international recruiting and university-wide marketing operations. In this role, Rebecca has helped lead efforts that have resulted in consecutive semesters of enrollment increases, a more than 300% increase in recruiting partnerships with agents throughout the world, lead a successful university-wide rebranding process, and on the core team for three CRM system implementations.

Prior to her work at the University of Findlay, she served as director of marketing and public relations for Lima Memorial Health System for five years.  Her work there included developing and implementing an online ER Wait Time campaign, resulting in a 12 percent increase in ER volumes, and projected $1.2 million in additional revenue.

Her experience also includes working as the public relations officer for The University of Findlay and a media relations officer for The University of Toledo.

Jenkins holds an M.B.A. in marketing from The University of Toledo and a B.A. in communication from The University of Findlay. She is a member of the Northwest Ohio Chapter of PRSA and serves as an advisor for Findlay’s PRSSA Chapter. Rebecca is also a member of the National Association for College Admission Counseling, NAFSA, and AIRC.
