Biography

I am the Director of Integration Services and Data Management at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), where I lead the strategy, delivery, and governance of enterprise integrations and data management across the institution. With over 15 years of experience in technology, analytics, and integration platforms, I specialize in building scalable, secure, and sustainable integration ecosystems that support institutional strategy and decision-making.

My work focuses on simplifying complex integration landscapes, prioritizing vendor-delivered and platform-native tools (such as Workday integrations), and establishing clear decision frameworks to help institutions choose the right technologies while optimizing budgets and long-term maintenance. I have extensive hands-on and leadership experience with integration platforms such as SnapLogic, enterprise data flows, and cross-system orchestration beyond ERP boundaries.

I am deeply committed to community engagement, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing across higher education. Through EDUCAUSE and peer networks, I enjoy collaborating with colleagues to exchange best practices, strengthen integration and data strategies, and advance the effective use of technology in support of teaching, learning, and institutional operations.
