Biography

Renae is a Specialist Leader in Deloitte’s higher education practice and brings extensive experience working with our higher education and health care provider clients on their finance transformation journey to the cloud by sharing lessons learned assessing and implementing Workday and other ERPs for multiple types of R1 institutions with related academic medical centers (AMCs). Her areas of specialization include financials (including fund accounting and grants management), process design and reengineering, functional configuration, CoA design and remediation, back-office optimization, and full life cycle SaaS implementations for large research institutions with related academic medical centers. Prior to her Workday experience, Renae served as the Finance Lead for multiple healthcare providers’ Lawson implementations that included academic medical centers and post-award accounting. Additionally, Renae worked in public accounting and served in a variety of operational roles prior to moving to consulting.
