Renata Engel
Biography
Renata Engel is Executive Director of the Schreyer Institute for Teaching Excellence, Associate Dean for Teaching Excellence, and Professor of Engineering Design and Engineering Science and Mechanics at Penn State. As executive director, she provides leadership to the Schreyer Institute—a unit with university-wide responsibility to provide support to faculty in the area of teaching and learning. Renata earned her PhD in engineering mechanics from the University of South Florida, and her BS in engineering science from Penn State. She is active in the American Society for Engineering Education and holds a position on their Board of Directors.EDUCAUSE Presentations
