Biography

With a varied background in insurance, banking, and finally higher education, Renee has incorporated instructional design into every job she had, long before she knew the field existed.

She has worked in higher education for the last 7 years in various roles including Instructional Designer, Instructor and Success Coach. Renee has taught college courses in personal growth and development and has a passion for using tools such as Myers Briggs Type Indicator to enhance personal relationships. She has brought that passion for personal growth to her current role and has co-created workshops for her team on topics such as Dealing with Difficult People and Empathy at Work.
