Richard Bertrand
Biography
Richard W. Bertrand is a Principal Analyst of Technical Services for Information Technology at Pima Community College District in Tucson Arizona. He has been in this position since August 2010. Prior to this he has been an Advanced Analyst of Technical Services, an Advanced Analyst, and Specialist of Client Services for Information Technology. Richard has been with the College since May of 2001. In his current position he supports many Enterprise Systems running on the Windows Server platform, NetApp FAS storage, Hitachi AMS 2500, Microsoft Exchange 2007, as well as an extensive virtual environment running on VMware's vSphere 5. Richard holds Associate of Applied Science degrees in Computer Programming and Analysis and in Systems Administration, and an undergraduate degree in Computer Information Technology for Business.EDUCAUSE Presentations
