Biography
Richard Conley is the Director of Administrative Systems Integration (ASI) for the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Responsible for managing campus participation in the system wide technology initiatives including Salesforce, PeopleSoft for Human Resources, Financials, and Student Administration, and ImageNow. Richard and the ASI office work closely with the end users, business owners and key stakeholders with a goal of improving system integrations and increasing utilization of our existing technology applications. ASI provides project and change management support to all ERP implementations, upgrades, and overall operations. Richard is a member of the UML2020 Strategic Planning Steering Committee and serves as a member of the campus IT Policy and Planning Committee.
Richard completed a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and a master's degree in Education Administration at UMass Lowell.
Richard and his wife Valerie Armbrust live in Lowell,MA with their sons Liam and Quinn.
