Richard Dumm
Biography
Richard Dumm is an IT Project Manger for ITS @ Penn State. Richard is currently dispatched to the ITS/Service Desk unit as Project Manager and ScrumMaster (IT Transformation project). During his tenure at Pennsylvania State University, Richard's leadership accomplishments include Enterprise Project Management, EASY (Financial Forms) re-engineering, Open Standards Development Manager (Java Programmers) , implementing Penn State's eCommerce infrastructure, Identity Services, and Emergency Notification projects. Richard is a graduate of Penn States IT Leader program. Certifications include Project Management Professional (since 2012) and ITIL Foundations. Richard completed his higher education at the Pennsylvania State University by earning a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a major in Business Logistics. Subsequently, his 30 year career span includes a significant accomplishments in the field of Project and Process Management, Business Logistics, Transportation Information Systems, Retail Pricing Systems, EDI, Project Management, Application Development, eCommerce and ITIL.EDUCAUSE Presentations
