Clay Fulton

Biography

Clay Fulton is a Senior Application / System Analyst with the Planning & Project Management Office in Computing Services at Carnegie Mellon University. Clay has been with the PPMO for eight years, with a focus on administering project and service management tools, managing the division'€™s project portfolio, and improving service management throughout the organization. Clay has spoken nationally on the topics of project management, portfolio management, service management, service catalog, and cloud computing. Clay joined Carnegie Mellon in 2003 as the Computing Services Help Center Manager. He has over twenty five years€™ experience in technology, systems support, project and portfolio management (PPM) and IT service management (ITSM), in both higher education and the private sector. He is ITIL Foundations and CompTIA A+ certified. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University.
