Biography

Rich Gurnsey is a Graphic Instructional Designer for the Faculty Consulting Group at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in Chapel Hill, NC. In this role, Rich consults with faculty and program staff to understand their goals and to help determine which media, tools, or approaches are appropriate for their content and audience, and is responsible for creating visual aspects of course content. 

Before joining UNC Kenan-Flagler, Rich was Lead Multimedia Designer at NC State University for 5 years, and led projects that featured emerging technologies such as AR and VR. He earned a Bachelor of Graphic Design from the College of Design at NC State, and has Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) certification.
