Biography

After graduating with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, Richard Peacock became the lead developer of the FlightPath advising system, and remained a professional software engineer and open source programmer for over 13 years.  In that time he has led multiple high-profile projects both inside Higher Ed and outside. 

He founded Liftoff Academics in May of 2019 with the mission of providing universities with powerful and easy-to-use web-based solutions for affordable rates, all centered around student success.

He also serves as the CIO & consultant for the medical EMR company Behavioral Health Connection.
