Biography
Richard S. John is currently serving as the Director of Administrative Applications at Virginia Commonwealth University, which includes responsibility for the University's financial, human resource and student information systems. His directive is to assess and meet customers technology needs through systems' design, planning and management. Between 1997 and 2000, he also served as the University's Y2K Coordinator.
