Biography

CAREER SUMMARY:

I began work at UNM in Information Technologies in 1991 and have been involved in the many phases and technology changes that have come about over the years including mainframe, client-server, and web-based development.  This includes involvement in some major initiatives including lead analyst on the creation of an in-house Cashiering and Check Writing system as well as the creation of an online, web-based Admissions application system.  The latter was profiled in an article in Oracle magazine.  During a recent reorganization at IT, I was selected to manage the newly formed Applications Web team.  The Applications Web team is responsible for service management for the enterprise portal, enterprise academic and administrative web system, Google Search Appliance, enterprise Content Management System, campus mobile application, and the Information Technologies public and private web presence.
