Richard Ells is a Senior Computer Analyst for University of Washington Information Technology (UW-IT), creating documentation, designing Web sites, managing content management systems, conducting user tests, managing projects, and doing graphical design. He has been active in encouraging accessible Web design throughout the UW. Before coming to UW-IT he was a research database manager in medical and ecological research projects.
