Biography
Leeds School of Business: 2000 - Present Manager: 2007 - Present: Charged with strategic vision and growth of technology within the Leeds School of Business. Implementation of ITIL processes, fiscal planning, and process development. Currently manage help desk, desktop support, classroom technologies, system administration, and application management for all areas of the Leeds School. Applications Management and Implementation: 2005 - 2007: Research and Implemented various application projects such as school wide CRM, Intranet utilizing Microsoft SharePoint, Faculty voting application, and Digital signage for both large screen and kiosk displays. Instructor in Information Systems: 2000 - 2005. Taught large lecture format courses freshman course spanning Business Information Systems and Computing Skills. This included basic applications such as excel, access, and html .
