Biography

Assistant Director of IT Process & Planning at Miami University (Ohio). As a certified project management professional and ITIL expert, he strives to merge the practices of these two disciplines to achieve better outcomes. Bob's IT career began at the university helpdesk in 1998 and progressed through a variety of support-centric management positions. Today, he manages a small team dedicated to delivering and improving the service management capabilities at Miami University. Bob is an alumnus of the 2009 Educause Institute Leadership Program, earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and holds PMP and ITIL Expert certifications. His passion centers around the creation of meaningful solutions that enhance the experience of an undergraduate education.
