Biography

Over Robert’s twelve-year career at the University of Alberta, he has worked closely with leadership to lead organizational change. Using his expertise in Prosci change management practices and Lean Six Sigma methodology, Robert proactively engages stakeholders to formulate strategies and execute organizational initiatives. Robert has lead many successful business transformation projects by adopting a collaborative working relationship with project sponsors and teams to identify risks, understand organizational impacts, and develop interventions to minimize business disruption. 

Also during this time, Robert won two awards (CUCCIO IT Innovation award and the IST IT Ambassador awards) for his “DidUknow” training initiative, five public speaker awards from Toastmasters International, and presented internationally on his “DidUKnow” initiative as well as on using analytics to drive change.
