Biography

Bob Goffeney provides leadership to the Administrative Applications group at Duquesne, responsible for development, maintenance and support of a comprehensive system and services portfolio, including the Banner ERP suite, CRM, housing support, data analytics and reporting, document management, and the university portal and website. Bob's team also provides services to the university in the areas of  business process improvement, project and portfolio management, disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Bob’s prior higher education postings include the University of Michigan-Dearborn and Eastern Michigan University. Prior to joining higher education, Bob spent 25 years providing IT and application support to a variety of companies in the private sector, primarily in automotive manufacturing. Bob earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Lawrence Institute of Technology in Southfield Michigan, and an MBA at Oakland University in Auburn Hills Michigan.
