Senior IT and Learning Consultant, Professional Development and Training

Leader in the Human Resources Learning and Development Group, managing the HR workforce development team, responsible for influence, coaching, MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) and EQ (Emotional Intelligence) education initiatives.  Responsible for all Professional Development and Training across the VUMC IT Division (Vanderbilt University Medical Center Information Technology).  Scope of major objectives includes architecture, development, and management of a PD&T workflow automation system, the “Orchard”, where individual employee’s “development trees” are cultivated.
