Biography

Robbie Morse is the Director of Assessment at Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana. This is a system office position located within the Office of Academic Affairs that is responsible for activities related to the assessment of student learning at Ivy Tech. Robbie holds a Doctorate in Philosophy in Human Computer Interaction from Indiana University, a Master of Science in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University, and a graduate certificate in Organizational Leadership from the University of Indianapolis. Robbie is a certified online facilitator for the Quality Matters Program. Robbie is currently conducting research in the area of sensemaking and learning analtyics and is interested in how program chairs make data-driven decisions.
