Biography

Bob Swab, Executive Director of IT Business Operations at the University of South Carolina (UofSC), has more than 35 years of combined business and information technology experience.  He has lead state-wide enterprise systems projects for the Georgia Library Systems and the Virginia Community Colleges. He has spent the past 14 years at UofSC leading the Banner student and PeopleSoft finance implementations and managing IT business operations.  His vendor and contract management skills were integral in negotiating the outsourcing of application support for the university and in establishing several state-wide consulting contracts for Banner and PeopleSoft resources.
